EC Chemo - so hungry

I started EC chemo on 1/8, I have found that I am eating much more than usual, infact I am starving all the time. Eating foods I don’t usually eat - pies/sausage rolls, crisps - these are all things I haven’t eaten for over a year as I lost 3 stone last year on Slimming World. I’m not on any steroids is this normal? Thank you

I was the same during the second and third week after treatment. I was always weighed when i went to the hospital. When i mentioned about my weight to the nurse she said to worry about that after i'd finished my chemotherapy. Luckily i weigh the same now as i did when i started.

Thanks for that, I hope I’m the same as you and it doesn’t go up overall. I lost almost 3 stone last year in prep for my daughters wedding in Feb 20. I just don’t want to be fat for that, but at the moment I guess I deserve a treat xxx

It’s going to be a long journey, but I won’t let this beat me, I’m still me xxx ️
