My husband is taking oral capecitabine. He finished the second cycle a few days ago but has had week of severe and worsening stomach cramps that have continued and worsened since the cycle ended. Buscapan hasn't helped, paracetamol or even morphine hasn't had any impact. We've tried all the bland small meal stuff, he's at the point where he's barely eating.
Has anyone had this and has anything helped?

I notice you haven’t had a response to your post. I don’t have experience of capecitabine but think the best advice is always to seek medical help for anything troubling. Your husband should have a 24 hour phone number of your hospital’s acute oncology service and they are there to help with cancer or cancer treatment problems. If not, please get him to dial 111.
