My mum has just started chemo for stomach cancer which is terminal.
They say she should have 2-3 years.
My question is how long should she feel/be sick after the chemo?
She has no energy either or appetite. Is this normal & if so does this wear off ?
I would like to help her through this along with my sister & dad but dad is struggling too as he is getting frustrated with her.
Can anyone give any advice?

Different types of chemo brings different side effects so talking with people who are on the exact same treatment can help a lot…… so can I recommend you look to join and post in our dedicated……

This group is a safe place to talk to others who may have a similar diagnosis, treatment experience, to ask questions and get support from family members who are navigating the same support journey.
