Going on to my fifth session next week, eight to go.. (oxaliplatin and fluorouracil every two weeks)
Neuropathy is gradually creeping in and I am wondering if anyone has some tips on how to deal with it.

Google "cold therapy socks". You can get gloves too. If you keep feet cold it helps prevent neuropathy. Works in the same way as cold cap.
