I've been taking abemaciclib 100mg dose for a while and it does affect my bowels bad. I don't get on with loperamide X I thought I'd try a yogurt to help. I think I chose a bad one yeo valley organic down the hatch. I didn't realise it's on the forbidden list. I don't even like yogurt much just thought it would help with settling my tummy x

You might find it helpful to also post your question in the breast cancer forum which I see you’ve already joined and posted in before, as you’ll be able to get more replies from those who are going through, or have been through, the same type of treatment.
You could also ring your breast cancer nurse to have a chat to see if she can give any advice about your bowel issues while on this drug-she may be able to suggest a solution other than loperamide to help, or have other tips for you.
It can be difficult to struggle with bowel issues so I hope you can get some help and that things will get better for you.
