Hello all . Had my picc line fitted on Monday, I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to expect. The nurses were fantastic and despite a small amount of discomfort the whole process was far easier than I expected. By the next morning I had forgotten it was there. Hope this helps anyone else who’s feeling concerned about it.
First chemotherapy starts this afternoon, time for more nervousness to kick in ! X
Hi Cherry Blossom good to hear that your PUCC line went in fine….. like most things on this journey we can tend to overthink stuff.
As for your treatment, I see that you have already joined our dedicated Breast cancer support group.
This is a safe place to talk to others with a similar diagnosis, treatment experience, to ask questions and get support.
Why not go over to the group, put up a post and introduce yourself to the group ((hugs))
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
