CAP chemotherapy and sleeplessness

Hi Tannith B ........ many types of chemotherapy and more importantly Steroids can have a detrimental effect of your sleep pattern.

I personally never found an answer but I did try and not sleep long during the day and this helped my night sleep....... so if I fell asleep during the day I told my wife to waken me after about 45 mins so that I did not sleep over long.
