Has anyone else found that CAP or any other type of chemo makes them unable to sleep. If so, any suggestions welcome please.
Hi Ma78 ........ many types of chemotherapy and more importantly Steroids can have a detrimental effect of your sleep pattern.
I personally never found an answer but I did try and not sleep long during the day and this helped my night sleep....... so if I fell asleep during the day I told my wife to waken me after about 45 mins so that I did not sleep over long.
