Has anyone who has had chemo used Reliefband for nausea and sickness relief whilst on Chemo. I would be interested in peoples experiences if you have or a similar product. I am due to start chemo soon and keen to learn from others how to manage the worst aspects.
Hi Skippy1959
I did not use a Reliefband but at my hospital the nurses would give out the travel sickness ones. Woollen knitted, in different colours with a hard button thing on. I was obviously taking the medication for nausea but I do think that they did help somewhat- particularly a few days after chemo when I had the sort of background nausea rather than the more acute nausea for the first few days.
