Hi all,
Ended up with emergency surgery in Nov 2022 to remove my large intestine. Thought it was constipation to start with as it started while on holiday in Cyprus at end of Oct. Then 2wks bk at home and I was in hospital for 10 days after getting my stoma.
I'm still getting used to it & now I have stage 3 cancer which is in my liver. So now on Chemo 2. As yet I have not told my mother or sister as I want to do this P2P. My mother lives down south & my sister is in Australia. Both know I have had surgery & my Mum was up with my wife while I was in hospital.
However my sister is over in April so will get a chance to c them both then. By then I shd be on my last course of tabs & will have had my last chemo drip. So at least I will be able to tell them that I am over the worst. Not too sure whether to say about my possible liver op tho. Has anyone else had this predicament.
All my family up where I live know, including my work & friends.
Thank you sorry this is so long.
