Hi I’m 9 days post first chemotherapy, I can honestly say I feel like I’ve been to hell and back and I’m already dreading the next cycle. Chronic heartburn and constipation and the pains in my legs are dreadful. I’m now finished talking the Filigristim injections and have a very sore throat and my heart is a bit racy. Still feeling totally overwhelmed with it all
Karen
I had my first EC Chemo on Tuesday following a night in A &E threw up 8 times.
I have pains in my legs from the injections taking painkillers.
Can't stop burping and hiccuping my digestive system is shot.
Hope the next session I deal with a bit better.
With you all the way on this tough journey keep going
Love AJ
I’m so sorry you ended up in hospital, I also hope things have improved for you now? Yesterday I was 11 days post chemo and I can honestly say I felt almost like me again. Still dreading the next cycle as I feel so alone as there’s been no nurse etc check in on me to see how I was coping. Thank god for family and friends.
