I am not on topotecan but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet.
I did a search in this group to see if there were any previous posts which mention it but drew a blank I'm afraid. However, when I widened the search I could see a few posts about it in the lung cancer group so would recommend that you have a look at these.
