I don't have any experience with HiDAC but noticed that your post had gone unanswered.
I typed 'HiDAC' into the search bar in this group but didn't find any other posts which mention this treatment unfortunately.
I can see from your original post in New to the Community that you have AML and that since posting there you have joined the acute myeloid leukaemia group.
Could I recommend that you also post your question about HiDAC in that group as I can see that there have been a few posts which mention that treatment by the people in that group.
