Hi all, i had my first chemo therapy on the 26th March.Carboplatin

It was fine, but feel a bit heavyheaded and fuzzy, head feels clogged, stuuffed up.

I noticed my heartrate went up a bit too, over a couple of days, but now seems fine.

I was given steroids to take, just 3 days worth, to start on day following chemotherapy, and feel these are causing the stuffiness and heaviness in my head.

Further worry is, though not really related, is my my eyes.I was given a new prescription, because one eye had improved quite alot, and have had problems seeing clearly, a constant problem just seeing clearly.I have my new glasses but my vision hasn't improved, it seems worse.

I feel like i'm off kilter all the time, a heaviness on my left.

Went out yesterday, to do some shopping, and later i was just hit with fatigue, fast heartrate, and awful visual problems, felt like my head was going to explode.

Iv'e not had any sickness or nasea just this heaviness at head level.

Even my pain had improved , not needing to take any painkiller at all. up until yesterday, when i tired myself out shopping, now the pain and stiffness in my chest is back.

I just feel weird at head level, and the problem with vision is just making things feel even worse.

    Hello

Have you taken your temperature  above 37.5c and blow 36c  take and hour apart call the Oncology hot line number you have.

I had a reaction last week to chemo at the weekend.  Didn't call the hotline but got told off when l went for next chemo appointment.

Mine went to 35.4c and below, thought l had faulty thermometer
