My younger brother recently mentioned to me something about cpd oil.I had never heard of it before but according to him,it may help with nausea etc caused by chemo.I am sceptical but if anyone has any experience then would love to hear.
Hi David123454321,
I am a newbie here. I have been knocking back this CBD oil for about 3 weeks now. No idea if it will help but I don't think it will do any harm. Friend of a friend with cancer recommended it.
I think it helps with the anxiety, which is what I was hoping, it definitely helps with my sore joints... not cancer symptoms, probably just age related arthritis.
I just started 5 weeks radiochemo yesterday so no nausea yet but I am going to keep taking this oil even though it is very pricey.. mine cost £64.00 and is 10% strength <edited by admin>. You can get lower and cheaper strengths.
Good luck
I asked my CNS about this and she said it was recommended as no proof it helps. I’d be interested in it but worried about it interacting with the drugs/treatment.
