Now my husband has got an all clear for throat cancer (4 more years to go) I think it's too late, I've reached reached burn out.
He wants life to just be back to normal and won't adjust his lifestyle that much to help.
I'm irritable, sleep badly, want to go exercise but have epilepsy and he doesn't want me to go on my own but not with me either. I also have Rheummatoid arthritis I'm trying to manage.
I've become a hypochondriac, I'm bloated, have low salt, stomach pain, I'm sure, as well as worrying about his pills and food (he still can't eat well bless him).
All the admin and paperwork is on me, we've no money coming in so I need to get back to work.
Can anyone relate?
