My wife has now been in hospital for around 9 weeks. To be honest ive lost track.. had 3 surgery's since the start of summer and planned in for another one. Mainly due to infection. She has a evd in due to her tumor blocking cerebrospinal fluid from draining naturally..
Shes done really well to go through so much and still be fighting. Some days we laugh and have the crack especially when the kids come and then another setback hits. Currently had a tissue infection. Planned in for wash out and plastic surgery intervention aslo planned for a shunt after this. Its been a very lonely place at home without her. Even though I have my kids and work 17 years of being together no one can fill that space.. all the best to everyone
