Hi everyone

My other half has a possible diagnosis and just in very scary and unfamiliar territory!

I would welcome any advice and support. It s early days and still not sure what the journey etc will be x

Thank you x

  • hi

Welcome to our community, I hope you find it both informative and supportive.

You are right that a cancer journey is unfamiliar to many and that can make it scary, what point are you at just now. Often we here about an urgent referral and the two week wait and those are all perfectly normal for the GP to alert the hospital. Then there are otten a number of tests and these things all take time.

Only thing we can do really is take things day by day, fingers crossed that they find out what is happeing with your other half and things go well from them on. I hope you let us know either way so we can continue to support each other or celebrate your good news.

    <<hugs>>
