Feeling alone

Hi, Knittingninjab, I think many of us feel like that at least some of the time. Is there a friend or family member you could ring for a chat? Or a friendly neighbour? Talking about it often helps. I try to take each day as it comes and not think too much about the future. Hope you get news about the op soon. Sending a hug.

Hi Knittingninjab, and a warm welcome from me, I too have prostate cancer, 3 1/2 years now, and can emphasise with the seemingly unnecessary delays, your husband's team will be meeting up every week to be as sure as possible the right surgery is performed and there's no signs of cancer anywhere else, this really is the most stressful time and we all had to endure it, but could I suggest you join the prostate cancer forum, you will find many wonderful people, women and men who have been or are going through something similar to your husband and yourself; and will happily share their experiences, offer support, and help you through this difficult time, or just chat if that is what you want; they really are a lovely group of people, who understand what you are both going through.

Buddy Support Service.  You can talk freely to a trained individual and pour out your heart to dispel some of the
