Good morning,
Just a short post ,
Mum spent 8 days in hospital for pneumonia and with help from palliative care team we got her home .
It was a very short stay at home as she died the next day with a smile on her face looking at her garden. It was very quick and quiet.
So this post is to say thank you for the support I have felt by reading all your post's.
Keep up the good work for your loved one's
