I found Maggies really helpful, I have had a number of meetings with them, both 1-to-1 and also around their kitchen table. Other support groups are available as can be found if you enter your postcode in our in your area tool.
Something I find quite helpful is looking at your feelings when someone has cancer as being able to recognize the emotions and accept them as normal and valid I find helps make them less overwhelming.
