Mum had about 18 months or so left. Struggling at the moment, and can't sleep. Realising I'm going to loose her
Hi stardrop, those nights are awful aren't they? Keep posting on here because it helps to write things down and we all try our best to support each other. Hope that you are getting all the support and advice you can, talk to your own GP and your mums and ask, every little helps. When thoughts overtake me at night, I whisper them to a little Mexican worry doll I purchased on a whim on a charity auction site. I then tell her to keep them for me till the morning. and put her under my pillow. It helps a little. Anything that helps is worth a go. I hope that now the morning is here you are feeling a little stronger. We are here for you xx
Thank you so much. Don't want to worry my husband , kids ECT. Just need someone to talk to .xx
