A warm welcome to the Online Community. I am Brian one of the Community Champions here at Macmillan. I did a search of the Community to see if I could find a match to PADCEV but I didn't come up with any matches. That's not to say there isn't anyone on this medication who hasn't posted.

Hello Goldie

My Mum has just started Padcev and Keytruda combined for Uretal cancer. She’s had 2/3 doses of her first cycle and has just started showing some side affects, she’s tired, itchy skin and has an upset stomach - all of which we have heard are quite common. 

When are you starting your treatment? 

I started yesterday. Dry eyes but no other side effects yet.
