Just received results fom biopsy of tumour removed from bladder. Was not expecting to be told that i had T1 cell grade 3 and also shows sarcomatoid change which is an aggresive cancer with high recurrence. Going to have to decide between bladder removal or Turbt and BCG, appreciate this is a rare cancer but would be interested if anyone else has had similar disease and had to choosexbetween the two treatments

There are many members of the group who have had a radical cystectomy (removal) and live normal lives.
