Does anyone have any experience of these two surgeries who could offer some advice. Mine is on 26th Nobemeber. Pre op is 23 rd Nov, so until then I don’t have much idea what to expect. Thank you.

I notice that your post hadn’t received a reply, so I’d like to suggest you post in the Bowel Cancer group, where a number of members have had this surgery. You could also join the Stoma Support group where you can chat with members who have experience of having an ileostomy and there is a lot of information and advice.
