Unknown said:Sorry. nothing to say. it'd just upset people. sorry. feeling so rubbish as my hormones reduce further now, as I'm two wees until next testosteorne injection, and just full of hot flushes.
Hope you're feeling a bit better now, Mark, now that it's cooled down a bit. I think I'm going through menopause flushes myself, absolutely roasting all the time! (Not even joking, my doctor said I was post menopausal, my body says nooooo!)
Just a bit of news, yesterday our lass hit the 5 years post allogeneic transplant! She is still doing well and when she gets a moment of time, writing her book!
If any of you followed the 'Altogether Now, Orchestra Challenge' on BBC this Autumn, she was filmed doing some coaching......!
Hugs from the walkies-exhausted xxx

Hi all,
It's been really quiet on here just recently.....
I've made too much spag.bog., it has tomatoes from our garden in the sauce and is really tasty, please just re-warm up and enjoy!
There's a New York style cheesecake too (but please keep that quiet as we don't want a certain person grabbing the lion's share, lol!)
I've been busy as usual but have enjoyed a few walks even without dog as the weather has been pretty decent.
Daughter (whirlwind) hasn't been here as much lately, I suspect she's used the train to London to the flat she borrows, and back home, but might need to spend a bit as the heating will need to go on very soon there, it's a large somewhat damp, stone house.....
Hope you are all doing as well as possible..l.
Hugs xxx

so pleased to see the news about your daughter Moomy
I've just popped in to sit quietly & gather my thoughts, things have changed with dad very quickly & the hospital are now putting an end of life care package together & as soon as there is a bed he will be going into a hospice. It was hard having to talk about it but we knew it had to be done & dad was the one that made the decision about where he wanted to go which was nice as nobody made him go somewhere he didn't want to go
xx
Hi sweetheart so sorry to hear about your Dad. Sending you love and strength to get through it. Love and hugs xxx
Carol,
I am very sorry to hear how quickly your dad has gone downhill. I hope you are able to get the hospice place quickly, and be his family while you can.
Please do keep in touch, we are all here to listen.
Oh Carol, lovey,
So very sorry it's been this fast, but hope you manage that hospice place and can spend time together as a loving family.
Thinking of you all .......please do keep in touch when you feel able
Sending you big hugs xxx
Moomy
Carol,
So very sorry to hear this, and well, just to reitterate what others have said, here's hoping you have the strength to cope throughout this time, and that, it is as comfortable a time as possible for all concerned. It must just be so hard to cope with, so, wishing you all the strength possible, in this, the worse of times.
Hugs
mark
