Jakki what a lovely post. I can't tell you how happy I am for you. It is so good to hear positive stories where treatment has been successful.
Loads and love and good wishes for health from here on.

Jakki,
I'm very pleased for you, and raising my glass right now.
im eating fish and chips with a lovely glass of Sauvignon blanc in my hotel at Manchester Airport. I have successfully found the meet and greet place to drop off the car, checked my bag in, and found the hotel so I am very pleased with myself. Despite the large hole in the chair opposite where Jon should be i am OK. Looking forward to reaching the hotel tomorrow.
have a good week everyone.
Every time gets a little easier. Plus I have my lifeline......I pad with all you lot behind me.
Ive just had an e mail from the lady I am sharing a transfer with to say she is at the airport ready too....different airport unfortunately. I have never met her but having exchanged e mails before I feel I know her a little.
oh, and just ordered a second glass of wine......well I am on holiday!
hope you and Mick are OK this week.
Enjoy your wine and enjoy your holiday. You deserve it xxx
Sooooo pleased you had a lovely day Jakki,i've left paracetamol & orange juice for you just incase you need them in the morning & just to save you from yourself i'm having a glass of wine
Have a fab holiday Lynda, are you on your third glass of wine yet or did you stick to two
Hello Moomy,Jasmine,Christine & Keith,i hope you're all well & i'm sure there's a polar bear out there keeping an eye on us all so hello to you too
Vets again tomorrow, one post op check up & 3 to have injections,oh what fun i'll have getting them all in the basket again, good job i've been offered extra shifts to pay the bill & a very kind neighbour has offered to pay half the vets bill for when we had Polly spayed.Pud's still got the hump about Polly having a couple on nights in,he'll just get over that & it will be the next ones turn for a sleep over
Love & hugs to all
xx
Lynda I go to Paris on the 18th only for four days.
Carol you are a wonder I hoped you might have been able to get something towards the kittens spaying from the cat protection league I thought they helped if you took in strays.
Love to all hope you have had a nice sunny day today like we did xxx
Oh Carol you are a star doing that for your cat and kittens! but having seen their photos I can so understand your reaction!
Christine, I bet you are really looking forward to Paris - only 4 days? Oh my! you'll want more.....lol!
Lynda, I'm so glad you've slowed right down, I was getting worried about your shoulders!
Been busy outside today, well it was too beautiful to be inside! Painted the back gate and hubs put the bars up that prevent it being over-opened or closed, it looks great! All that had to be done as we had some of the back wall rebuilt.
A load of washing done and dry too, lawn cut, and some pruning done.
Oh, and a petition started too, haha! (its in several places on the site, hope I don't get banned.....)
