Hello everyone,
the title says it all, this is a thread for everyone at any and all hours of day and night, to post, help, laugh, cry and anything in between. There will be no nasty posts, everyone who joins in will be gentle, considerate and kind to everyone else. Hugs to all......xxx
Big hugs, Christine.....and to you all......I bet watching the kittens must have made you dizzy, Carol, Polly too! ......saw daughter off, she looks less tired and managed to get up at a fairly good time, for her, got 3meals down her today, and she's in the flat she rents by the night when she's there, great arrangement I think! She's doing the Sunday afternoon Prom with BBC concert orchestra. Then she'll be back here for a couple of days, then Peterborough and then back to her house, it'll be the first time for almost a month! .......I'm shattered, she decided to search the loft for one particular thing she needed, it meant emptying it, and hubs cannot walk up and down stairs much any more, so it was me who was buzzing up into the loft to take stuff from her, taking it downstairs to search through.......it made me decide we need to empty that loft! But she found the thing she wanted! Phew! ........glad the reduced dose is helping, Gillian......take care, Lynda.......think we need a bungalow too! ........more hugs to you all
Moomy
To be honest I'm just treating it like a job. Get up have breakfast and come over here. Work, lunch, work home!
Although right now I am at the bungalow, haven't started work, I'm sat on the patio (on my new garden chairs) in the sun with a cup of coffee. It is very private not overlooked and peaceful.
It does look lovely Lynda and it sounds as if it feels like home. I am so pleased for you. The weather here is grey and gloomy after a wonderful day yesterday! We are expecting heavy rain apparently.
Kids and I are really tired, had a lovely day at Warwick Park yesterday but sadly Jacob was sick all through the night so the whole household was disturbed so we are just watching TV ( well they are while I deal with the aftermath.)
Oooh Lynda, what a lovely spot to sit with a cuppa & a book, how's that arm today
Poor you Christine, hope that Jacob is feeling better now & hasn't given you all something nasty,am sending you a big cheering up hug
Moomy, sounds like you need a rest now ready for the next time your daughter's in town, where & when is she in Peterborough,it's only 30 mins away from us
Are you home Jakki or was that an airmail post, either way i hope you're having a wonderful time
How did it go today Gillian
Jasmin,how's tricks in your house
I started my proper job today & i love it,it needs a proper good clean as it's been a bit neglected but once i've got it sorted to how i want it to be it will be a doddle of a job
To anybody i've forgotten hello
Love & big hugs to all
The arm seems ok thanks. I have been keeping my sleeve on. All the bedrooms are finished now. So I'm giving myself tomorrow off, and will start on the lounge Saturday.
sounds as if the job is going to work out well for you.
Moomy I don't know where you get all your energy from.
hope everyone else has had a good day, and not too much rain. For once it has been dry all day here.
Hi All,
Still on hols fly back Sunday. Lynda, your patio looks very peaceful, a lovely place for a cuppa. Glad the job is going well Carol. Christine hope you are having a chilled evening. Gillian how is it going with the reduced dose chemo? Moomy hope you having a rest after busy loft emptying.
We had a great day today, went to the old town of Bonifacio and did a boat trip and looked round the battlements. We left at 7:30am so got the cooler, quieter part of the day, as we left the queues into the town and the car parks were horrendous, glad we were going the other way!
Love to all xxxx
Pleased you're having a good time Jakki, you certainly deserve it
What you doing with your day off tomorrow Lynda, something nice i hope
xx
Hi all,

Glad you are getting through the decorating Lynda and spending time relaxing in your lovely garden, it hasn't stopped raining here all day. What will you do when its all done ?
Your holiday sounds lovely Jakki, makes me a little envious but happy you are having a nice time.
Sounds like it won't take you long to get everything sparkling Carol, pleased you think you are going to enjoy it. Makes such a difference enjoying your job, hope those kittens are behaving themselves
Hope you are feeling ok after your chemo Gillian.
So pleased you had a lovely day with your grandchildren Christine, not pleased what happened after though! Are they staying with you or do they live near you?
Hope you have recharged your batteries so you can get back in the loft Moomy
We are ok, got Mick in the car yesterday for a little drive, he wouldn't get out cos he didn't want to use wheelchair. Poured with rain all day today and supposed to rain all day tomorrow - happy days
