Hello everyone,

the title says it all, this is a thread for everyone at any and all hours of day and night, to post, help, laugh, cry and anything in between. There will be no nasty posts, everyone who joins in will be gentle, considerate and kind to everyone else. Hugs to all......xxx

  • Oh wow, Gillian, our posts crossed, a garden railway? That's exactly what hubs would have loved to build! ( but our garden is not quite big enough plus I like to be able to walk round it easily! I have a knack for tripping over things! ) I bet hubs would do that if he could though!

Hope you continue to feel ok enough to be out there with him, even if you just sit on a lounger and watch......

    Hugs to you all xxx

I'm rubbish at technology Christine & can't post photos on here,i wish i could as i'd love you all to see them

I've only given Medusa a name & the lady that wants her said she loves the name & will keep it,i called her that because she glares at you & hisses & tries to spit,it's hilarious when she does it

I'm off to paint a box while i watch Humans

    Sleep well my lovely friends

    Love & hugs to all

    Good grief,

I go off for a few hours and come back to find my in box full!

What is this sun I hear you all talking about? None of that in the Lakes this morning and it's raining in Edinburgh.

Christine, I'm glad you have booked Paris, something to look forward to.

Jasmin, good to see you posting here. These kind ladies have helped me so much in the last few months......especially the bonkers bit.

Moomey......you must stay, we would all miss your wise words.

Carol, did you say you can send pictures from your phone? If I PM you my mobile number I could see if I could post a picture for you? Luna still thinks my leg is a climbing frame. Or she will get onto the bed, a chair or table then just launch herself at my shoulder and expect to be caught and cuddled. The problem is if I don't spot her.....then she digs her claws in to cling on to me.

Had a lovely meal with Siobhan. So nice to visit different places and meet people who have become friends. Christine, Lakes weekend is definitely on even if it just ends up being the three of us.

    Hello

Well i'm not going to repeat what i called the dog next door as it was most unladylike,it did however start with f & end with g,it jumped the fence & spooked the kittens so i'm back to square one with the taming of the beasts, grrrrrrrrrrr

Oh Lynda that would be lovely if that's ok with you,i have pictures on my phone but until i see mt nephew again i don't know how to get them on the laptop & change the size to post them on here, both the little toms are going to sheffield & now have names, they are Agostini & Surtees, the tabby is still nameless,Medusa is hissing more than ever after her encounter with a bloody great labrador & the other little black one is still homeless

Moomy, you must stay,we all need your hugs,i've found so much comfort from them these last few weeks

    How are you today Gillian

Ha ha but it wasn't me that named them,it was that there Jacquelin on the breast cancer forum, when we had Pud i wanted to call him Stalker but Vince said no,our friends have cats called Foggy & Hissy, kittens are much calmer now so hopefully no harm's been done, was so sorry to see you've lost your dog,our animals are such a big part of our lives,i'm dreading the kittens going so heaven knows how i'll be when we lose our old man

I would have called the dog impolite names too. We have a footpath through our grounds with clear signs asking people to keep their dogs on leads.....which they regularly ignore. I get so cross when they let their dog chase my cats.

I really don't like the dog much at the best of times but that really did it today, there have been lots of cuddles & very little of anything else done today

I have 2 phone calls & a letter today asking me to go to interviews for permanent jobs & the lady from the sandwich bar has been in touch as well to tell me she has some work for me on friday & next week
