Hello everyone,
the title says it all, this is a thread for everyone at any and all hours of day and night, to post, help, laugh, cry and anything in between. There will be no nasty posts, everyone who joins in will be gentle, considerate and kind to everyone else. Hugs to all......xxx
Gillian, I still find it strange that in this day and age they still use snail mail.....however, they say it's the only way to keep things safe! Will be thinking of you when you start that treatment, and hope it helps enormously!
I agree, Sister Snail sounds really happy, in complete contrast to her life a few weeks ago, it's great to see!
Hope everyone is well this cloudy Monday, I'm taking it easy as I'm the only one awake so far, with a cup of coffee by my side......breakfast very soon!
Put some more garden fruit in the fridge, I'm going to have some with Greek yoghurt and home made granola for breakfast, there's enough in the fridge for anyone else to do the same!
Hugs xxx

hi Christine,
No, I haven't had emails for several years, and honestly don't mind as it got silly as one thread was used constantly in those days! so I would get emails around every 10 seconds! that was overkill......
Hope they fix it for you if you need them....
hugs xxx

Hi Grandma Fox,
Yes, we've had some technical problems this weekend, so emails were not being sent, I'm afraid. We did update about it in a couple of places, but possibly not everyone has seen it.
The problem has now been fixed and they are starting to go out again today, but there is a big backlog from the weekend, so it might take a while for everybody to get all of them.
So sorry for the inconvenience.
Hello to all my lovely, lovely friends, thank you all so much for your kindness, especially when i've been grumpy,i feel really good now & it wasn't until i was really happy that i realised how unhappy i had been,it makes such a difference when you get up & are doing things because you want to not because you have to
Had a lovely day with my neighbour & her daughter today,we went to the cinema this morning & it felt a little bit naughty & like we were bunking off for the day, lovely pub lunch & a nice chat
I've put a jug of lemon & a jug of orange squash in the fridge,i'll be bakeing on saturday ready for sunday so you may well find a few broken tarts & cake samples at some point
Hope all have had a good day
Love & massive hugs to you all
xx
Hi all,
hope you are all doing well today.
i have been over to measure up at the house today. I still like it :)
hooefully ly we exchange and complete next week. Then the fun starts.
Ooh Lynda how exciting, hope you've got plenty of help with the packing etc,i hate that job infact when we moved into this house i told Vince if he ever made me move again i'd shoot him
xx
Well I won't be moving for about 3 months while I get furniture ordered so plenty of time to pack. Plus having only just moved I have already got rid of all the rubbish, so no decades of stored stuff I don't need.
im still in total panic at everything that needs doing though.
i took my parents over today and they like the place.,plus dad thinks he can add the ends to the covered passageway that I want changed to a utility room which if he does it will save me money.
glad to see your job situation getting sorted too, and you definitely sound happier.
I dread to think what's in our loft, shed & cupboard in the bedroom, when it does get sorted i'm going to make Vince do it as i'm sure 90% of the stuff is Vinces
I'm feeling good now,i'd be more than happy to have a part time job & keep my ironing & babysitting jobs to bring in a few extra quid,i always thought i'd be bored at home so much but i keep finding plenty to keep me occupied & i do like spending more time with Vince now & going out at the weekends
xx
