I HAVE MEWS,Polly had 5 kittens today under the neighbours bed but is now home with her family, she has 3 black,a black & white & a tabby,as far as we can tell none are French, the tabby already has a home at the house it was born in & another neighbours brother is coming in a couple of days to see which 2 he would like, she wouldn't eat at Nicola's house but came home & troffed a pouch &half of meat then happily settled in with her new family, thank goodness that's all over & they are all safe & well
I have had a long chat about things with him indoors & he agrees with me that i should ride out the storm & look for another job while i'm off & when they say i can go back hand in my notice,we're a very enterprising couple & will be able to earn money to keep our heads above water between us
Been a lovely day here after a shower this morning, had lunch with the inlaws & a wander round the antiques fayre near us,the pub where i'm doing my afternoon tea on tuesday is doing a bbq tonight & money raised from that is for me to put with what i raise & he has also been doing raffles on a friday & the money is to go with mine, how kind some people are is just beyond words
xx
Congratulations Polly, although how ungrateful to give birth under a neighbours bed after all the trouble you have been to. Hopefully she will be a good mum and her kittens all sound as if they ae fit and healthy.
Sounds like you have your head right over the job. Glad you have been able to plan out what you want to do.
Also sounds like you are a busy lady with all your fundraising. It made me want to lie down just reading your pos . Well done you.
Yippee, I logged on to see what is going on as I have arrived at my Heathrow hotel for the night.
i see your mews. Clever girl Polly and three with homes already. That's brilliant.
im glad you are settled in your mind and hope you find something suitable when you are ready, meantime enjoy your days off.
