Hello everyone,
the title says it all, this is a thread for everyone at any and all hours of day and night, to post, help, laugh, cry and anything in between. There will be no nasty posts, everyone who joins in will be gentle, considerate and kind to everyone else. Hugs to all......xxx
I have had quite a good day thanks it was warm and took my little Grandaughter to the park. I have been filled with sadness since Fathers Day, having a job shaking it off!, need to hear good news and banter
I like Haribo and Moomy can't have any today. I have 6 grandchildren.
Jakki keep well well and get ready to eat everything you want xxxx
Sister, poor Polly, in this heat if she doesn't get going soon, she'll pop! Bless her.....
Jakki, thank you for the Haribo, I had some with a glass of bubbly, bless you, but they aren't that wonderful together, haha! (have left the rest for all those Grandkids!)
Hope everyone enjoyed today's lovely weather? Apparently next week will be even warmer, as the jet stream will be bending, bringing warmth from Spain northwards! Thank goodness we have some fans down from the loft......(neither of us enjoy too much heat!)
Cleaned the house today, daughter arrives sometime tomorrow and I still feel concerned for her for dust etc. I know now that it's a bit daft, but hey, Mums worry!
Hugs to you all xxx

Hi Christine,
i have been quite down since Father's Day too, and I'm dreading Saturday. Not sure why 6 months seems like such a milestone, but I can't believe it is half a year already.
I have one grandson so far who will be two next month. He lives at the other end of the country though so I don't see him as often as I would like.
Thinking of you both, Lynda and Christine, and Caroline too. It must feel so hard, anniversaries and special events coming all the time. Sending you all enormous hugs xxx
Moomy
I am filled with admiration for all our wonderful friends who have continued to post and support others on this site, even though they have been caring for their loved ones, or have lost their partners recently. They all have a wonderful sense of humour and are filled with compassion for others, even though they have been on this roller coaster journey.
You know who you are and we love you all.

Morning all. Hugs to anyone feeling sad, I would share a smile with you if I could work out how to do smilies.
The Vicar came to visit yesterday and something he said struck a chord
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass ... It's about learning how to dance in the rain.
I am dancing
Morning, Gillian,
That sounds good......I often use Winston Churchill's quote, 'If you're going through hell, keep going' as it sort of feels right for people going through chemo.
Big hugs xxx
