Hello everyone,
the title says it all, this is a thread for everyone at any and all hours of day and night, to post, help, laugh, cry and anything in between. There will be no nasty posts, everyone who joins in will be gentle, considerate and kind to everyone else. Hugs to all......xxx
Super news, Lynda! Congratulations! I know it holds a touch of sadness but a new baby will bring you joy, and you have a wealth of knowledge of the past to give to your grandchildren!
Big hugs xxx

Lynda,
I am sure Jon will be watching over you all. My Sister was a Spiritualist, and she believed that all new souls came from heaven, and were sent as gifts by those who loved us.
Congratulations on this wonderful news. It is very exciting for you all.
love
Chris xxxx
Well done Jakki,
i will ill happily indulge and raise a glass to you later. Hopefully these side effects will be good to you and soon over.
Congratulations, Jakki, I will definitely raise a glass to you (but in here as I started a 5-2 weight loss in preparation for events later in the year, tried it before and it helps, but I lapsed! So as you say, in here it doesn't count!)
Dear Sister I really hope you are ok and standing up to the trauma, my friend, sending you love and hugs
Sending hugs to you all xxx

Hi Jakki,
its 2 non consecutive days of strictly limiting calories and then the other 5 eating normally. I try just to have something like a boiled egg for breakfast, lots of drinks during the day (preferably without milk, so black tea, coffee, water etc) and then a healthy multi veg non fat stir 'fry' with something like a few prawns or other low-ish calorie protein. So tonight it will be a small piece of cod, cooked in the microwave and then flaked with the vegs.
The idea is that you then don't eat too much like a pig on the other days and your body thinks it's getting starved so moves fat into the mainstream to use as energy...... it also helps organs as they get a bit of a rest. But I aint 'arf 'ungry, haha, but will feel virtuous tomorrow, and maybe a bit trimmer, with a bit more energy!
Events? Well (she says, vaguely)......holiday in Portmeirion, various photos later in the year in which i want to look a bit slimmer than I am at present.....and I am a bit cheesed that my shorts feel a bit snugger than they should!
Hugs xxx
