This is the start of a new journey for me and my much loved friends from the original Oesophegus thread on general discussions.

We have become a close group and this will be our new home to continue our journey as life has become very hard for many of us and we keep re-living our journeys with lots of newbies which puts us all back a bit.

So my lovely friends Mel, Sam, Helen, Bern, Jac, Nic, Dawn, Sue, Cath, Lesley, Jani and the many other special friends Mel and I have made over the last 16 months this is it we have a new home.

Love to all and extra strength to carry us through our next stage XXX

    NEWS FROM JAC

She has read your messages and has cried. She is so humbled by your kindness and thanks you all. She is incredibly touched.

DH is not really aware at present but appears comfortable.

Children think it is "not their Daddy's turn at checkin yet"

It is also their sons birthday today. "Too tough for words"

    My reply:

Jac I'm praying so hard that DH finds peace today. I believe that if a parent leaves this world on one of their children's birthday, that they become that child's guardian angel forever.

Im crying with you my dear friend, we all are.

    X

I feel tearful yet angry at what we have to go through. Still, wrapping our love around Jac & her family well that's something we all want to do and we'll stay here with her.

Dad is back home. I hadn't realised that they weren't putting in the stent today. They were doing the endoscopy to see what was going on. They've found a slight narrowing towards the stomach and have recommended a stent. That's all I know for now.
