My friends, this time last year I would often listen to Embrace in the car, while driving over to see Dad, usually with tears streaming down my face. As all of you were always in my thoughts (still are) the songs from that cd would remind me of my friends here and it gave me comfort, knowing that I wasn't going through it all alone. You all gave me the strength to dry my tears and put on my brave face for when I got to Dad's.

I cannot listen to that cd now, without thinking of you all so I wanted to dedicate this track to our little group of rope builders and say that none of us are alone, as we have each other and I hope that in the same way, Jac doesn't feel so alone, knowing we are all here for her.

Unlike the one in the video, our rope will never break X

Sam, I have now watched the video and totally understand the rope comment now XXX

Well guys another day has started and the sun is shining where I am I hope it is where you are as it seems to make it easier to get through the day.

Jac is never far from any of our thoughts right now and I know we are all feeling shite as we know what those final days and hours where like for us. Please remember how far we have all come and yes we don't have our loved ones with us now but we know how precious our love for them is and they knew we where there for them and still think of them everyday.

Please know I am thinking of you all right now at this difficult time. XXX

Thanks Sam - I too will listen to the song later x.

Thanks for the update Mel. My heart goes out to Jac & DH.

I wanted to let you all know that my dad is in surgery as we speak as they will try to fit a stent to prevent dad from being so terribly sick. They believe food is getting stuck by the scar tissue from the op. Fingers crossed they can do it xxx

    Love to you all.

    Hi Kelsey,

I hope that the operation goes to plan and it helps resolve the eating problem. Big hugs to you as I know how worried you must be.

    Love
