Right, I'm off to get the house in order for the weekend as have woken up with a spring in my step this morning and have already done loads including the shopping. Mel, your energy yesterday must have rubbed off onto me!
.
I have a mixture of emotions this morning though as I found out that the headstone has finally been put back. We will be going to see it in the next few days but it is going to feel really strange as Dad's inscription will now be on it. It makes things seem even more final if that makes sense because although it will be nine months tomorrow, it still only seems as though I was with Dad just a couple of months ago. The passing of time can be a funny thing.
Well, I hope the weekend is kind to you all and that the weather isn't too bad wherever you are.
Love and hugs to all, including those not mentioned,
Sam X
