This is the start of a new journey for me and my much loved friends from the original Oesophegus thread on general discussions.

We have become a close group and this will be our new home to continue our journey as life has become very hard for many of us and we keep re-living our journeys with lots of newbies which puts us all back a bit.

So my lovely friends Mel, Sam, Helen, Bern, Jac, Nic, Dawn, Sue, Cath, Lesley, Jani and the many other special friends Mel and I have made over the last 16 months this is it we have a new home.

Love to all and extra strength to carry us through our next stage XXX

    Hello All,

A BIG Thank you for all your wishes and sympathy. I'mnot going to be around for a week, as now away.

Don't worry about me, I am cool and the gang. My uncle dying has been very sad, yet it is also a release for him. Saturday will be a celebration of his life. Cause we all must die at some point or another, its how those left behind deal with it, is the important bit. We can only feel pain cause we feel love and such joy and I know that is part of the deal. So bring on the happiness.

So, please look after yourselves and don't worry about me. Grieving is very natural and hey when you cry, you are cleansing the eyes!!!! Sorry, I am not going to be able to respond to individual mails, as need to get ready to fly out early tomorrow morning.

So come on keep kicking arse and giving this illness the kick in the goolies it deserves. Life throws some absolute corkers and when you feel you can't do anymore, just take some time out. Breath slowly and re-charge. NEVER lose sight of what is important and don't doubt yourselves. You are all fab and I Salute You ALL. Love and hugs Bern xxx
