Dear Helen - no postcard available so will reply here.......we do these things (the cleaning etc)because we love our families and are duty-bound to take care of them. However we much prefer doing stuff we enjoy - so enjoy your postings here while you can.........the dust will still be there later and when cleaned up re-appears before you've put broomstick away!!!! No win situation there - so do what you enjoy I say.............
Dot, you are so right, the dust gets back before you blink, it seems, how does it do that?( Oh well, I guess it will be there after I've gone, too).......but it does need to be shifted about at some point today, so when I go missing, you'll know am hard at the cleaning.....love and hugs....

My turn tomorrow - dust and fluff to be scared out yet again along with lots of Ellie-dog's fur. She's now decided it's time to moult and she looks really moth-eaten as all her lovely warm under-fur is coming out too. Next time we're having a fur-less dog!!!! Trouble is the fur collects in with the dust etc in even bigger piles in corners...........but it keeps the spiders warm......... We can brush her and fill a carrier bag with fur every day but she still manages to leave loads round the house....and she isn't even a long-haired GSD ........... My next hobby may be spinning and weaving dog fur!!!!!!! Should make a nice warm, soft blanket!!!!!
Good news is I've found some inspiration again for my card-making - so have been busy with those today!!!! I made quite a few for friends who have birthdays coming up and some in my box for fund-raising.....
Mmmmmmm!!!!dog blankets!!!! could be a good sell for the winter! what about dog cushions? I have a friend who has a siamsese cat and she is always threatening to stuff a cushion!!!

Don't know about cushions - although the threat is there whenever I fall over her!!!!!! Ellie-dog just loves to lie in the doorway so she can see everywhere at once - she's just soooo afraid of missing anything.......................
Hello, yes, am now able to sit and look around at a cleaner house, just got all the energy going and finished it all, and then Caz says she might not make it here, just thinks she'll go on the train to London and back......KIDS! Still at least the old homestead looks a bit better.....love and hugs to all....
my mum has not long ago been diagnosed wit lung lymph and adrenal cancer, she starts radiotherapy today so hopefully she'll be able to breathe easier soon.
