Sounds as though Caz has done really well and a break may be just what she needs to build herself back up a bit. With you there to help, I am sure it will not be long before Caz is feeling much better, or at least totally pampered! I am sorry that the sickness has been so bad this time for her though. Sir and I have been enjoying the quiz series 'Pointless' on BBC2, and just now BBC 'Breakfast's duo of Sian and Bill just won £5,250 for Macmillan! 

Well done! 

Hmmmm!  Alan got a bit emotional  when they mentioned their chosen charity and we both cheered loudly when they won
