Mary? 20 INCHES???????? argh! Poor you!
Haven't heard from Caz yet today.....hope all is well up there, but am sure it is. It's my turn in scrabble on line!
Watched son 'page' from a house over the road from our back gate. Paging is when the Funeral Director walks in front of the hearse, a mark of respect and of controlling the cortege. It looks impressive when well done, and he did, bless him.
love and hugs to all

Hi Helen,
A little exaggeration, although not far off in places lo! No snow today, WOW! can't believe it and there is a tiny thaw, still very cold though, think ice will be a major problem from now on. Hope the weather at your end is improving too love.
Glad to hear Caz is out and about working, bless her, what a girl such a wonderful inspiration.
Your son too, he will be a wonderful caring lad, people in his profession always are, Sorry to hear that you have lost a neighbour Helen.
If you are travelling to be with Caz on Monday, have a safe journey Helen.
Love and many ((((((((((hugs))))))))) to you both.
Love Maryxxxxx
Mary, just keep those fingers crossed for me, please, as I will be driving Caz in on monday morning (not keen on driving a strange car on ice or snow....) .....am off up there tomorrow by train, just hope I can get a seat this time.....had to crouch on the floor between carriages last time due to a train being cancelled, I heard.....still haven't had a reply to my letter of complaint, grrr!
Love and hugs to you all

Helen have a safe journey and I do hope you get a seat this time, it is not right a lady of such a young age has to sit on the floor of a train.
Helen try not to worry about the roads, the main roads here are all clear, so hopefully they will be where Caz is, it is the minor roads that are treacherous. For once the local authority have done their job lo!
My thoughts are with Caz tomorrow, she is in my prayers, and my thoughts are also with you, T and your lovely son.
Stay safe love and warm.
Love Maryxxxxx
Dear Helen
I hope you managed to get a seat on the train this time and had a good journey?
My Ma-in-Law lives in Manchester and she's told me they have had rain so roads should be OK. Hope all goes well with driving and also for Caz tomorrow. I've got my fingers crossed......
Love and (((hugs))) to you both

Hi Helen,
I hope your journey went ok today & I really hope you managed to get a seat this time.
I'll be thinking of you & Caz tomorrow..
xxxxxxx
Good luck to Caz for this next treatment. I hope the weather is not too bad for you and that she does not have too many problems following the treatment. x x
I keep seeing her in TV in the Chris Moyle thing. (can't remember the name of it).
Love and angel hugs to all who post here.x x x Patricia x x x
Patricia, it's Chris Moyles Quiz Night.....
Well, girls, I had a half decent and very fast journey.....the train I caught was the 1.30 pm from London that had been sitting on the line between there and MK for well over 2 hours...they had had major signal and power failures, but it was fine between MK and Macc!
My worry this morning is just the freezing fog last night, whether the roads are ok or icy, but at least w don't have to leave here till the roads are 'aired' by rush hour traffic!
love and hugs to you all xxxxxxx
