    Dearest Helen,

Have a safe journey tomorrow love, give your beautiful daughter a hug from me. Sending her more of those healing vibes, hope you find her so much better when you arrive.

That white stuff had better stay away, if we have anything to do with it, it certainly will.

Hope Caz's pal also has a safe journey, it is freezing here today, very windy, but no snow as yet, although it we have just had hail. Not forecast for snow Helen, just damp, cold and misrable with some sleet, tell her to rap up very warm love.

The warmest of hugs to you all

    Maryxxxxxx

  • Dear Mary, you are a staunch supporter, which is very well appreciated, love! Caz 's pal is very well aware of all that the weather can throw around up there, she is a Leeds lass after all but has big ties to the north east too, her Dad's family are all from there. I only hope that the weather stays much as it is then we will all have a good chance of doing what we want, whenever! I'll need to take Caz to have her Friday blood test and whatever is needed from that......then will decide when I come home.

My love and hugs to you all, may the weather behave!

Dear Helen - I hope that all is well with Caz when you see her tomorrow.....lucky girl in for a bit of pampering by Mum eh???? Love and (((((hugs))))))) to you both and your long-suffering menfolk.......Dot xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • haha, well, this will give you all a giggle, Caz got rather fed up with my cooking when she was incarcerated behind that lead screen......so any pampering might not go down all that well, lol! i certainly will get given ideas of cookery lessons, methinks......!

OK - so we'll forget the cooking!!!!  How about a bit of pampering of the facial/nails/hair kind????

  • Hmmm, you mean me or her????!!!!???? ROFL!!!!!!! she'll be in bed much of the time, or lolling on the sofa wishing she had a track suit to lol in.....I will be reminding her of an 'older' couple who used to wear matching shell suits at Music Centre!

  • OMG, more snow........hope the railways don't decide it the wrong sort.......

todays work is helping Caz finalise the insert booklet for her CD, once i get up there, that is.....

my love and hugs to you all

  • Ha! It was the wrong sort of snow so it took twice as long to get here, but at least I made it.....

Caz isn't too good, the rash is worrying her a bit but there is a lumpy area on her shoulder just along the top of her arm which just might be deep bruising, she has a surface bruise too which is new, so I rang to speak to one of the team who is lovely, he wants us to go in early tomorrow, if he agrees it could be bruising they will transfuse her straightaway, if we went now she'd have to stay in overnight. She has a headache but that has been daily with this cold/throat, and one paracetamol sorts it, so that is ok, she has now just taken a dose of Piriton for the rash, which the doc said would be fine. So I think she'll sleep for a bit now.....

Much love and big hugs to you all

    Dearest Helen,

I am so sorry to hear that dear Caz is not too good, but so glad that you are there with her, to keep an eye on her, bless her. It is no use telling you not to worry because I know you will love. (((((((((((((warm hugs for you))))))))))))) Try to get some rest, when Caz is sleeping, although I know this will be difficult for you, us mums never rest when our children are poorly, no matter how old they are.

Will be keeping everything crossed that she feels better soon.

My love to you all dear lady, will be thinking of you both.

    Maryxxxxxxx

  • One long nap, now much less of a headache, bless her, she has always has had a tendency to getting headaches. The rash has improved a touch already with just one dose of Piriton, thank goodness. Fortunately they will check her over well tomorrow, just hope we can get in reasonably early.  (keep your fingers crossed for easy roads for us!) Of course I worry, dear Mary, as I know you do too (what Mum wouldn't,) but at least I am with her and we can deal with anything together.....My dear friends, I do appreciate all the love I feel coming my way with hugs and just know you are all there helping in the background....it helps a lot!

love and hugs to all on here
