Christine, that is such wonderful news, a celebration is definitely warranted! A year before your next check up is certainly terrific news, even if there is still a tiny tiny chance of recurrence its good! So very pleased for you!

I am busy baking for my coffee morning tomorrow. so far I have got £55 without selling a coffee or a cake but through donations from people how cannot make it. Plus I am going to have to do a raffle as people keep giving me sweets, bottles and little gifts for the day.
Whew, I'd forgotten it was the big coffee morning, hmmm, can't do a lot right now as its a bit late......but just maybe give a little something!
Waiting now for Caz who needs to catch a 10.45 train in to London to teach today. she is getting up, she might well stay in London overnight as she is going to meet up with Michael Bolton for a drink she thinks....yes, I know, name dropping, but she hopes he hasn't forgotten her as a musician, for a future tour again!
Also waiting for washing machine to finish so I can get it out on this beautiful day.....we also have to do some more kitchen clearing, the new kitchen draws ever closer and there is a lot to do! Argh!
Caz now safely in London, but the news she has isn't so good, bless her, she thinks she's losing weight again, but then whenever she has time off she just sleeps, and doesn't eat enough.........she has some discomfort in her neck and abdomen too. ARGH wish I could wave a magic wand!
Her pal in Australia that she is itching to meet in November also might have something more, was in remission a short time ago.

My only remaining younger brother hasnt spoke to me for about twenty years not a wink not a smile of reconition, no reason that I know of cept he used to booze himself leglesss and I disaproved.
Well it has greived me a lot as a christian pair we shouldnt have let things get so bad
Yesterday at about 21oo hours he rang me up and said as i was too ill to get aboard my cruiser why didnt he take me for the days wreck fishing on saturday morning in his boat ,the exact copy of my own 30 footer. The Lord is working in his goodness Mommy and there isnt better news I could be given .I ll fight the dreaded C but it took the good LOrd to talk to Bill for me so we two are a united pair of brothers again Mum and dad went home many years ago and I know they too greived that their lads didnt talk or walk together. I hope they are feeling like a smile now. god bless em both.
