Thanks, Dot and everyone, well, that was a bit of a bad night, I woke and lay awake concerned for a few hours.....had my phone right handy as I always have, and she knows she can phone me any time of day or night, and does if she is scared or feeling bad for any reason. When I think of how dreadful she was as a teenager, well, that relationship we strove through then has built into a great friendship now, and we do get on well......
She is by now playing that tbone or horn if you prefer it, in rehearsal, and will by now have met up with her pal so I am not nearly so worried.....and we did have a good chat while she was on her hands free on her way....I suspect she might need an ENT referral, the ear that has given her trouble, is still doing so, especially with a head cold too.

Hi Helen, Bless you, I bet you are so tired today, hope you try to catch up with some rest, although I know it is not easy dear lady.
Glad to hear that Caz has a dear friend with her, she will be well looked after so try not to worry, lets hope she feels better soon.
Sinus problems are awful, suffer with them myself and I get the most horrendous headaches when suffering, and if Caz has an awful head cold the headaches are most likely that, she may need to see her doctor if they continue, sometimes they give antibiotics for a sinus infection.
Biggest of hugs to you both, will be thinking of you, we are always here for you Helen if you need to chat.
Hello to my very dear friends, thank goodness for retirement, eh?! lol! It meant that I was able to catch up on sleep very easily, Caz was late out of her recording ( cough was a nuisance, she said but she coped) but able to go on to the post-series party, as yet I am not certain how late that went on, haha! but she is due back for a Bournemouth rehearsal and concert today, so will no doubt have got back to move her stuff into the Poole penthouse again, hopefully this time with her pal, her brother will be there later today too, bet it'll be a madhouse later, lol! as they all get on very well together!
