Poor Caz, hope she gets better soon, try not to worry dear lady, although I know you will, its what us mums do isn't it.
At least she has had the sense to have a chat with NHS direct, and taking some time off in order for her to recover, I am sure she will, it won't be that awful flu, I've heard that people affected in our country have returned from Mexico and developed symptoms almost immediately.
We have a couple of children off at the moment with high tempratures, sore throats and an awful cough, it sounds like the same virus, and they have not been in contact with anyone with swine flu.
Mary, thanks for that reassurance, I too am certain it isn't swine flu, she wasn't in the affected area although in South America, and it is too long after being home now anyway, even being in contact with Mexican folk while there. But it is a bit worrying, even so. It was my idea for her to contact NHS direct, they are very helpful and can be reassuring too, they made sure her neck and back were ok, especially with the headache, and told her to keep a check on that too, in case of meningitis, as due to the lymphoma she is susceptible to worse infections than average!
Oh well, we'll be seeing her soon.....and am sure she'll be ok... yes, us Mums do worry!
Always here for you dear lady, I'm a mum too, and I know how I worry just in normal circumstances, here if you need me, don't forget that. Gut feeling your dear Caz is going to be just fine. Love Maryxxxxxxx

Hello to my very dear friends, thank you all for your support, Sharon, Mary, Dianne, Dot, Liz and Shelliey, I had an email from Caz late last night, she was feeling fair, and hoping for a better night, the headache is the worst, but I suspect that may well be sinuses blocked, as it is all round her eyes. I had my phone right by me all night in case she wanted me, but it stayed quiet so I hope she slept, she's off to London today for recording of the last Chris Moyles show, and her good pal and housemate will be there as studio audience so she will be company and will alert and be with her if there's anything wrong, too. (she helped see her through the intensive chemo with me, so a very good friend to us all) Our son will be sharing the self catering flat on Friday with her,too, he has a concert in Beaulieu on Saturday!
No doubt I will still be concerned, but I know you all will be with me! Thank you all again.
