    Dear Shell,

I'm so sorry love that you are having so many problems. In my experience, it is only the GP that can give you the results of any tests that has been done, thats my doctors anyway.
Perhaps you GP was not in the surgery today, and that is why the receptionist said, she/he would ring you in the morning with the results of your chest xray.
I'll pray that they are good Shell, try not to worry too much dear lady.

Love and hugs to you and your family.

Shell love did the nurse say they had the results, may not be back yet you know, and they don't always tell you love.
We'll be here rooting for you dear lady, let us know how you get on tomorrow.
Will look in tomorrow night to see how you are, at work during the day Lo!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Shell, i just came on and saw that, there may well be a simple explanation, as Mary says, the results might not have come in, or that the results are in but your GP hasn't seen and signed them off, that certainly happens here, and may well be the case if your GP had a day off today, please don't let it worry you too much, get a decent nights rest, tomorrow will come whether you sit and worry about it or not, it will come in the same time! Do let us know how you get on though, will be thinking of you too, as well as everyone else............much love and big hugs.....

hi helen hun, am just back from the pain clinic. i came out of there releived in one way but sooooo angry aswell.
im releived as theyre trying me with a new anastethic patch to try and help with the pain, angry because when i was
diagnosed i was told my lump was 4cm by 7cm, ive just found out that yes that was the truth but there were multiple
tumours, that one being the largest which i knew nothing at all about. im upset and angry hun, i no i shouldnt be cuz
the cancer has now gone but i also think i should have been informed properly how bad it was.
the doc i seen today is also referring me back to the oncologist as i should be on either tamoxifen or zoladex which i
havent been on for some time now, and shes going back to the hospital to relook at my files and will be in contact with
me ti arrange a bone scan.

    love n hugs xoxoxox
  • Well, thank goodness all is clear, eh? Shell, you need to leave that anger behind you, yes, you should have been told, but at least you know that all has gone, and it possibly also explains why your surgery was so extensive too. And they are now also on top of things too, with having a check as to whether you should be on permanent meds as a preventative. Just the swelling to sort now.....love and hugs, Shell, keep your chin up, love.....
