Just heard, Caz will be going from home tomorrow by train, so won't be needing her bed here tonight after all.....so will see her at her place on Saturday instead.....
Graeme, thank you for sending me that message, bless you, the suggestion had me smiling, but this morning, cos after I typed that I curled up and dropped off, to wake late this morning! Haha!
Oh well, I guess we all have these sleep problems, mine have become a bit yuk recently though.....will have to try the warm milk .......!

Hey guys, thought i'd post my good news here... Deb has had her last session of chemo today, she's real chuffed and so am i now that its over, still got the radio to go, but not got to worry about that for a month or so :-D
