Welcome to Warped.
I wanted to come back in time and explain something as it doesn't make sense otherwise...(though not much of this thread makes sense anyway) I set up this thread as explained below with a lovely dear lady called Sunny Leith. We had a lot of chat on here and the silliness got me and her and lots of others through some hard times. Sunny left the site when there was some criticism of warped and she deleted all her posts when she left. That is why it doesn't make sense to start with as all her posts are missing and it is a bit of a one sided conversation.... Enjoy it all the same...
Hi there,
This is a follow on from the 'dumb things people say' recent thread that is moving here with a health warning!
If you are feeling sensitive please don't read this thread as you may feel offended.... and we need a place to say what we need to say without worrying about offending people so you have been warned!!!!
This is for those of us who cope by being irreverent and silly and able to laugh at all the bad stuff. If you want to get the idea, read the last few pages of dumb things people say, I might see if I can cut and paste a few over to get us going....
In the meantime,
Sunny, you had me laughing my head off this morning with that image of you sitting there in your underwear, chocolate mouth etc!! I think it would have been hilarious if you had answered the door and invited them in.... they certainly would have needed oxygen by the time they got back down the speed they would have run away....!
Magel, how do they find us?? I live up a very steep hill in a very remote area and they made it up the hill to us too..... mind you, they were so out of breath they couldn't speak... almost felt sorry for them!
Can't remember what else we were on about as I can't see the last post anymore but lets continue here with the laughs and anyone new, feel free to join in.
Looking forward to hearing from you

Hi Warpy friends
Not been on here in over a week, I read over everything and I've forgotten it all - hope you are all ok and that any check ups/ appointments have gone well
Tom had his check up last week - no more chemo and no more surgery for definite woo! Back at the beginning of January for scans and then a review of those at the end of Jan. And he can stop the injections and move to warferin (spelling??) once he's had a review at our local hospital! And he's allowed to drive again yey! (Although he's now fighting me for the car as we only have one, maybe Santa will get us one for Xmas)
Am at home with the cat while he's at a midnight service with his Dad
Happy Xmas Eve everyone, hope all all have a lovely Xmas tomorrow with lots of hugs and spoons xxxx
Merrrrrrrry Christmas Warpers! Hope you have a good un.
Good news for Tom :)
Jan! Nobody answered you. When you click on reply the "Title" always says something different.. I'm presuming LM is doing it?
I'll do the Napkin Cole and will try the spoon LM, but all the sweary things won't raise an eyebrow because I sound like that anyway, HoHoHo. Was it Cruton who got caught in the kitchen? See only a few posts and I've forgotten already. Made me laugh.
Love to you all xxx
Happy Christmas warpers...
Clairdeloon that is fanbloodytastic news! Yeeehah!
Lesley, its not just me.... a few of us change the title when we post. I suspect I am the worst culprit but Hilaary and Tm aren't far behind. If you get warped emailed to you, the title comes up in your email box... purile but fun.
Speaking of which.. I saw this and thought of you lot. ... Have a good day...
Lots and lots of love to all my lovely looons

Hi Clarabutt,
That is fantastic news and everything is crossed for then scans.
LM, loved the pic, it made me smile.
Haven't opened my presents yet, but haven't wrapped them all yet either. Better get cracking.
Yes, with a frizzled bowel, I have to make sure I poo before I go out.
Have a great time everyone,
Odin xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hi All my lovely warpees...
I was blissfully happy this afternoon and now i am bored. haha.
I got loads of shiny things to play with and loads of puzzles to try out which was fun and I spent most of Christmas day trying to solve the one I put on Hilary's blog... did it hahaaaa.
So, we sat around and ate dinner and baggy had his first Christmas. I got trollbeads and moon gazing hares for the garden and puzzles and that sort of thing and a sat nav from my brother who to quote
" well you deserved getting something extra shiny special cos you had a shite year in every sense of the word"
I cooked dinner which I love doing but I like having the kitchen to myself, so being stubborn I said I didn't need any help at all except shutting the garage door where the potatoes were stored (small kitchen, no space) and then spent half my time cooking and half my time shoving my sausages back in and telling them there really was no need to come out to look, novelty of me cooking or not!
I ahve not got out of my pyjamas for 2 days now :)
I am in the middle of heating up yesterday's dinner again but had to lie down again (sausages didn't get the hint yesterday) so thought I would pop in and say Hi to you all.
Going to take Max to Cheltenham shopping tomorrow and then Wednesday is Bum ballooning day with SC. Get to try out the sat nav cos his hospital is in the middle of nowhere. Might see Odin maybe possibly on the way back cos he's having an x ray somewhere near... and then taking Max to Devon again and our night in the posh spa hotel hahaaaa.
Going to be too tired to go back to school at this rate!
Anyway, a big tin of roast potatoes is shouting me so gotta go..
stor kram and cwtches and spoons and all lovely things to you all
I want reports of missions please.

ps OOOOOOH How I miss smoking at Christmas so any smokers out there, please have one for me cos I'm gasping! Thanks xxx
Just popped in to say hello again, and show you a T shirt I saw today. I took a photo of it to show you all.... remind you of anyone????
I had a fun day shopping and bought shiny things and got so so sooooo tired out. I was trying a positive that's me back to normal attitude ha bloddy ha. Still, it was fun and I got nice stuff and Max got to look at cds for hours while I sat in a cafe or rather reclined with exhaustion. anyway, home now.
Bum ballooning tomorrow.. eeeek. Hope we just talk about it tomorrow and don't actually DO it though I have eaten so many sprouts the last couple of days I reckon I could blow up my own balloons :D
Anyway, I got a new nintendo ds and Professor Layton game which I love cos they are hard enough to ahve to think about... so off to see how the thing works.....
Love and hugs and cwtches and krams and I would offer spoons but got none.
Will tell you all about the bum ballooning episode tomorrow...

ps I can't believe I have friends who have microwavable slippers and slankets! How cool is that?
My girls got me a DS for my birthday last year and lots of games brain training being one of them anything to help me avoid being shoved in the nursing home.I also have professor Layton and a compilation of games like sudoku keeps me out of mischief for a while but recently have had the concentration span of a gnat
the first time I did the brain training I hadn't a clue what I was doing and came out with a brain age of 73 till I figured it out you had to say the colour not the word etc got it down to 25 so may avoid the home for now
Oh love the T shirt what a find.
Good luck tomorrow with bum ballooning hope it all goes well eagerly await the blog

Oh hello everyone!
Huzzah for clariybel's hubby!
Boo to being too tired when out shopping LM.. can empathise, as I though tI was ''being normal'' and then couldn't walk the next day as too achy haha!
Hope you're all doing ok, my daughters spoiled me rotten and they loved their stuff and we've had lunch ast my mother's 3 days in a row coz she STILL gets too much food in, and I had two new trollbeads, and the dog had pressies too and a new coat! Off to have my weekly rituximab tomorrow so will be very woozy on piriton BUT if I get a moment of clarity I MIGHT meet Odina and LM but I'm thinking another time is best!
Now, I must go to bed at being picked up at 9am for hossie, so be good, sweet dreams, and hugs to all
xxxxxxxx
Balloons, balloons, a drop of champers, Baileys, cider or whatever.....Ems is no 1200!!!
Fantastic news that Debussy, Clair de lune, loony clair's hubby has passed latest tests with flying colours.
Thought I might have to play midwife on Christmas Day as there was much wincing from R, but they managed 3 days here without R going into labour. Good job too as all my towels are at their house ready for her home water birth!
Managed my first carol service and Mass since 2007. Loved joining in the carols as its only been the last 6 months or so that I have had the lung capacity to sing to the end of a line! Much to be thankful and grateful for (we'll forget about MIL)
Haven't had time to do weird things with spoons etc. First time in about 10 years that I've had to cook at Christmas, as the kids have usually taken over the kitchen. Managed not to give anyone food poisoning. House has been busier than Clapham Junction with kids coming and going, but its been fantastic having them here with their warped sense of humour. They would really laugh at some of this stuff, but its my secret vice!
Got the house to myself as G and youngest are at MIL. Off to finish my homemade leek and potato soup. Yum!
Spoons, hugs and a circle of love to all my loony friends. May 2012 bring you all better health, and trollbeads for those who covert them ;-)
