Hello, all!

It's Wayne here from the Online Community Team.

We're looking at putting together a helpful blog that can support members with any Welfare Rights queries that they would like to ask. Our Money Advisers can give you free and confidential advice and help you to find out what benefits and financial support you might be entitled to.

So, we'd love to hear from you on any of the following:

  • What do you think the common money, benefits and work questions are?
  • Do you have any questions about different benefits such as Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)?
  • Are there any tips, advice, or concerns that you have, or think others should know?

We'll be putting the best questions/suggestions forward for our Money Advisers to answer, so don't be shy!

Over to you. What would you like to ask our Welfare Rights team?

You can speak to our Welfare Rights team for free on 0808 808 00 00 or chat online Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), 8am – 6pm. Alternatively, you can email them.
