Hi everyone, I’m Wayne from the Online Community team.
Friends make us laugh, listen to our complaints, and support us when we need a shoulder. On the 30th July, it’s the International Day of Friendship. We would love to create a celebratory blog with some of your experiences of how your friends have supported you through your cancer journey. Sometimes it can be the smallest actions that mean the most.
We want to create a Community blog that celebrates these moments. If you feel comfortable sharing, it would be lovely to hear:
Please remember not to use full names or other details that would break anonymity guidelines when posting.
Thank you in advance for sharing your experience and support. If you have any questions, would like to be a guest blogger to share your individual story, or need additional support, please email community@macmillan.org.uk and we will be happy to help.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
