Hello everyone hope all doing well as you .
not been able to sleep is so difficult to cope with.
i have been going through this for past four years.
and all i can do at times is a crossword puzzle.
it helps the time go faster.
To make things worse i had a zolendronic acid infusion for osteoporosis and i have all side affects you can get from it .
anyone had this any advice would be excellent.
sending wishes to all ..
