hi all I'm minty
I've had a sleep pattern that's all over the place for a long time due to my struggle with my mental health in particular anxiety
i was diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma on 3rd October and joined Macmillan a few days ago it was by chance that i got my diagnosis because I'd seen my doctor about something unrelated and mentioned a sore on the side of my nose which never healed which turned out to be skin cancer
as I've said my sleep pattern is all over the place i find myself falling asleep in my armchair and getting maybe 3-4 hour's sleep then I'm awake for the rest of the night which then leaves me feeling tired the next day so sometimes fall asleep during the day which doesn't help with sleeping at night a bit of a vicious circle
so if anyone who's also awake fancies a chat I'm always looking for company and a good chat
Sorry to hear you're having trouble sleeping Minty7445ad1d
If you're awake tonight, or any night, you could join this thread, awake and up all night, in the cancer chat group. You'll normally find someone there who's awake.
Thank you
Thanks for the suggestion but I’ve already joined that thread
I can see you've joined the group, but it's the thread within the group that I've linked you to.
